Supreme Computer Concepts ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every customer, visitor, and user. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

When you place an order, submit an inquiry form, or interact with our website, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

- Contact Data: Phone number(s), email address, and delivery address.
- Order Data: Selected product bundle, order timestamp, order reference ID, and delivery state.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone, and device type — collected automatically via server logs.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time on page, and referral source (e.g., UTM campaign parameters).
We do not collect payment card numbers, bank details, or any financial credentials at any point. All payments are collected in cash at the point of delivery by our logistics partners.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data strictly for the following purposes:
- Processing and fulfilling your product order, including coordinating nationwide delivery.
- Contacting you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm delivery schedules and address details.
- Sending you an order confirmation email where an email address is provided.
- Analysing aggregate, anonymised usage data to improve our website experience.
- Complying with applicable Nigerian data protection regulations and legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers or advertisers.
3. Data Storage & Security
Order records are stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. All data in transit is protected via TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to customer records is restricted to authorised Supreme Computer Concepts personnel involved in order fulfilment only.
We retain order data for a maximum of 24 months after the order date, after which records are permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law.
4. Third-Party Data Sharing
We share your personal data only with the following trusted parties, and only to the extent necessary:
- Logistics Partners: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with the dispatch rider responsible for your delivery.
- Cloudflare Workers: Our backend order processing infrastructure runs on Cloudflare. Data is processed in accordance with Cloudflare's enterprise-grade data processing agreements.
No other third parties receive your personal data without your explicit consent.
6. Your Rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
- Lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
