Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or who have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Submission of an order form on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Supreme Computer Concepts. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion without liability. All devices supplied in our bundles are premium UK/USA-used laptops that have undergone a rigorous 22-point quality check and refurbishment process to ensure peak performance for educational use.

Order confirmation is communicated via a reference ID displayed on-screen and, where an email address is provided, via email. This reference ID serves as proof of order for tracking and support purposes.

Prices displayed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of all applicable charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price applicable at the time of order placement will be honoured.

Supreme Computer Concepts operates exclusively on a Pay-on-Delivery model. No upfront payment, deposit, or prepayment is required at any stage of the ordering process.

Upon delivery, our dispatch representative will present the device for inspection. You are entitled and encouraged to:

• Power on the device and verify hardware functionality.
• Launch and test the pre-loaded CBT software on the device.
• Verify that the device specifications match those described in your Ordered bundle.

Payment is collected in cash (Naira) via Bank transfer or POS at the doorstep only after you are fully satisfied. If you are not satisfied after inspection, you are entitled to refuse the delivery at no cost or penalty.

We deliver nationwide across all 36 Nigerian states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kaduna: 24–48 hours from order confirmation.
• All other states: 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics partner capacity, public holidays, or force majeure events. Supreme Computer Concepts is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

A member of our dispatch team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your availability and delivery window before dispatch. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is active and reachable.

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, false, or misleading order information.
• Place an order with no genuine intention to purchase, causing unnecessary logistics costs.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the pre-loaded software included with our devices.
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Nigerian law.

All content on the Supreme Computer Concepts website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Supreme Computer Concepts or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

The CBT software and educational content pre-loaded on our devices is licensed for the personal use of the purchaser only. It may not be copied, transferred, or sold to third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supreme Computer Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of our products or services.

Our total liability in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product to which the claim relates.

The Pay-on-Delivery model is itself the primary consumer protection mechanism. You are under no obligation to accept a delivery or make any payment if the product does not meet your expectations on inspection. Simply decline the delivery — no questions asked, no penalty applied.

If, after accepting and paying for a device, you experience a hardware defect or a verifiable software malfunction that was present at the time of delivery, you may initiate a return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a post-delivery return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+234 912 136 5922) or email.
• The device is in its original condition — no physical damage, unauthorised modifications, or missing components.
• The reported issue can be reproduced and verified by our technical team.
• The device has not been subjected to water damage, electrical surge, or user-caused physical damage.

Where a verified return is approved, Supreme Computer Concepts will arrange collection of the device at no cost to the customer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of device receipt and verification, and are issued via bank transfer in Nigerian Naira.

Alternatively, at the customer's election, we may offer a replacement device of equivalent specification in lieu of a cash refund.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Devices returned more than 7 days after delivery without a pre-reported fault.
• Devices with physical damage, water damage, or signs of unauthorised modification.
• Devices where the reported issue cannot be reproduced by our technical team.
• Change-of-mind returns (note: you may decline at delivery for any reason — the POD model already covers this).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
